Spectrum’s purpose is to alleviate poverty and improve the prosperity of the communities in which we work.

- Providing training, education and employment opportunities for the unemployed.
- Working with employers, community organisations, government and the unemployed to maximise the available opportunities.

Spectrum is a community based not for profit organisation.
We offer employers a range of competitively priced services and the knowledge that the surpluses we generate are used to sponsor a series of community based projects.
Our services include:
- Provision of temporary staff for government, industrial and commercial customers.
- The recruitment and placement of permanent staff for your organisation.
- A property maintenance service (cleaning, gardening, building maintenance).
- A landscape design and installation service for government and company customers.
- Cost effective training for your staff.
- Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Management Consulting service solutions.
- Delivery of employment programs for government organisations to assist unemployed people access training and employment opportunties with Spectrum and other employers.
- Provision of temporary and permanent staff through "Smartbuy", an online integrated Government e-hub purchasing site.

As a registered charity, Spectrum relies on the support of the community to help provide training and employment opportunities in some of Australia's most marginalised communities.
